Vintage pattern, blue and cream, handcrafted Ewe Kete/ kente cloth authentically handwoven by weavers in the Volta Region, Ghana, West Africa. Woven strip by strip with mostly cotton, rayon  and/or silk thread. This royal cloth is known by the Akan tribe as Kente and the Ewes, Kete. It's worn historically by royalty of the Ewes and the Ashanti tribes. Prices depend on the weave. Some sophisticated weaves take more than a month to finish a set for female alone.
