Returns & Exchanges
We need to hear from you within 7 days upon receipt of your package if you wish to return it. You should return your item within 14 days after receipt . After 14 days we will not accept your return or exchange. You must inform us for instructions prior to returning your package.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unused, folded the same way you received it, and in the same condition that you received it, and it must have been shipped in error by us.
To complete your return, we will require either proof of purchase or order number.
There are situations where only partial refunds will be granted. These situations include, but not limited to the following:
- if item is not in its original condition,
- if item is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or not folded as you received it.
Once your return qualifies for refund, we will process it and an email will be sent to you for your refund. We will also notify you if your refund does not qualify for refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
There is no return nor refund on sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within seven (7) days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 246 W Ponce De Leon Ave, Decatur GA 30030, USA. However, there is no guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange. Custom orders are final and will not be exchanged.
