At this time, Tess World Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Tess World Designs ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to some international locations where applicable. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

If you wish to exchange your item, contact us by email, info@tessworlddesigns.com, within 7 days of receipt of your order and include your order number.

If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email. However, there is no guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, folded the same way you received it, and in the same condition that you received it. Invoice will be sent to you for your shipping it back to you.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within seven (7) days and shipped back within 14 days.
